Wanted: Window/Door trim, near mirror

I'm just nearing the end of my restoration, i would appreciate it if you could let me know if anyone has the black trim that goes around the mirrors...... cheers

Could always describe it. Do you want the black trim that mounts where the wing mirrors go? If so which side? If not then ignore me big grin

Yes exactly that..... they are curved...... i would need both sides, also do you have the little white clips that the rest of the trim is mounted with...

hello matey i can't help but are these the bits you need, if so the clips are still avalible from vx but i can't find the part number soon as i do i'll post it up mate,,,,,,,,,,,,

For the clips, try VW as the Mk1 Golf uses the exact same clips for the side trim on theirs (this also applies to metal trim around the windows)
