Found this broken on my mk1, it is attached to the positive battery terminal, and has what looks like a green fuse inside it, what is it
[image]http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y41/Gonchey/IMG_0870.jpg[/image]
the other end is attached to a small black 'Hella' connection box, near the water bottle

The reason i ask is i looked at my other GTE to take it from there and that one doesn't have either, the wire aor the box, odd i thought
ideas welcome |

Looks like a fuse holder & relay for Aftermarket spot lamps. Nothing to worry about.

Its a relay - Got any fog lights or spot lights, or did it used to have them? |

ok cool, new it was something to do with the lights but thought it strange that one had it and one did not, was hoping it might be something to do with my lack of rear fog lights |

Only if they butchered the fogs to switch on at the same time but I really doubt it |

Is it an import? Some of them didn't have fogs. Maybe it was retro fitted. |
