Guys

I have a movie file which is 1h40min long and won't fit on my CDr discs (80min max). It would fit however on to a DVD disc (120 min) but how do I get an AVI to burn on to a DVD disc?

theres loads of dvd creation software about

download some, import your avi file, add in any random transitions effects etc and then burn

simple once you get your chops around it

Another problem! The first file I downloaded was an AVI so simple, but I have downloaded another 'file' that looks like this called a R5 line or something. What do I do with it to make it all play as a movie?

Ta smile

Just double click one of the zip files and extract to a designated file. They stitch themselves together automatically.

Be careful with the R5 downloads though, these are usually uncut unfinished versions of the full movie, to be honest I haven't found that much difference between them and the finished versions myself but just a heads up.
